At Roife Law Group, we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation for U.S. immigration matters. To determine if we are the right fit for your case, all new clients are required to schedule a consultation. Our consultations, available for either thirty minutes or one hour, allow us to gain a thorough understanding of your legal needs and ensure we can provide the best possible support. You may choose to have your consultation in person, over the phone, or via video whichever is most convenient for you.

Consultation Fee & Booking Policy
‍A consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your case should you choose to proceed with our firm. The cost of the consultation varies depending on the complexity and urgency of your legal matter.

Due to an increase in client inquiries, please note that you are booking a consultation with the Roife Law Group team. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, any of our experienced attorneys or dedicated staff members may assist you during your appointment. By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. In rare cases, our team may need to reschedule your consultation, and we will notify you as soon as possible.

Rescheduling & Refund Policy
‍We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. You may reschedule your appointment, with appropriate notice, up to two times via phone, text, or email. After that, your consultation fee will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay a new consultation fee to reschedule a third time. Due to time constraints, we are unable to accommodate further rescheduling requests.

Please note that consultation fees are non-refundable, and all payments are final. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we encourage you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
